Aim for them first and down them before you enter the zone and down enemies. The first two snipers in the second section are easy. Without the sniper rifle, you can still get close to the enemy marksmen, but it will harder. After you kill the other three snipers (second section), you can exchange the weapon for another. Take his weapon and note you only have a few shots for it, so don't waste them. Get close to the ramp and down the enemy sniper. Note that the unscoped version of the marksman rifle here is initially available in Fragile Alliance it's the weapon you want for Arcade mode. The enemies here drop the silenced PDW and shotguns, but you will need to leave one (leave the shotgun) in favor of a sniper rifle for the marksmen in this section. Head inside and fight the Chinese special forces. The entrance to the construction yards is past this pipe. If you can, expend the silenced PDW - there are more to be taken later. Street level has you root through the video shop (forget about looking at the box covers for porn, they are all pixelated we know because we tried). The right side has a slightly better vantage point for some enemies, but the street level is needed to erase the rest of the enemies to the map junction.
